Developing a cohesive team is a difficult and continuous process, particularly when that team is frequently under pressure and working at the sharp end of the fire (demanding projects). Your workshops have encouraged us to pause, reflect, and recognise behaviours and assumptions that can otherwise go unnoticed and more importantly provided the employees to see a platform for frankness and getting noticed with every opportunity to identify problems and propose solutions. (it get’s them out of the cocoon)

The team has undoubtedly benefited from the various sessions conducted across our Mumbai and Pune locations.
